STRAWBERRY-PINEAPPLE JELL-O
SALAD
 
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. strawberry Jell-O (3 pkg. for a large dish)
1 c. hot water
2 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans
2 - 8 oz. sour cream

Mix strawberry Jell-O, hot water, frozen strawberries with strawberry juice and crushed pineapple.

Set aside to cool for a short time.

After cooled, pour half of ingredients into a Pyrex baking dish and let set in refrigerator. When set, spread sour cream over mixture being careful not to mix with strawberry mixture. Pour remaining strawberry mixture over sour cream. Sprinkle with pecans (optional).

Chill to completely set before serving.

NOTE: Use a clear Pyrex dish for a festive looking salad.
