STUFFED CRABS 
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. plain Progresso bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and bell pepper until wilted in butter. Add garlic and cook a few seconds longer. Pour into crab mixture, and add beaten eggs and bread crumbs. Season to taste. Put mixture into a casserole, sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
