GRILLED SHRIMP 
Lg. shrimp
Scallions
Soy sauce
Bacon

Prepare large shrimp by removing head and shell. Marinate in soy sauce for 1 to 12 hours in refrigerator. Cut scallions about the length of shrimp. Wrap one shrimp and scallion together with a strip of bacon. Secure it with a toothpick.

Broil or barbecue 10 minutes, or until done.
