CHEESE DIP 
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Pace picante sauce

Melt butter. Add cumin, mustard, picante sauce and flour; stir until smooth. Then add cheese and milk.
