CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. diet Thousand Island dressing

Use food processor to chop chicken, celery, and onions. Add salt if desired. Mix chicken, celery, onions, pepper, eggs and dressing until well blended. Good for leftover turkey, tool. This is low in calories.
