BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries

Sift dry ingredients together; then moisten with milk, oil and egg. Stir well. Blend in berries that have been sprinkled with flour. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 10-12 muffins.
