BEEF STROGANOFF 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. beef consomme
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 lbs. sirloin or round steak
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 sliced onion
1 c. sour cream

Tenderize meat and cut into small pieces.

Make sauce - melt butter, flour well. Add consomme, mustard, tomato paste. Cook 10 minutes.

Lightly brown meat. Add mushrooms and onions and brown for 2 minutes or longer. Add sauce and cook until meat is tender. 40 minutes round steak or 30 minutes sirloin steak or longer. When tender add sour cream and serve over noodles or rice.
