PERFECT PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour, lightly spooned in cup
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. egg

Put first 3 ingredients in bowl and mix with fork. Add Crisco and mix until crumbly. In another bowl, beat water, vinegar, and egg. Combine and mix. Divide dough into 5 portions. Roll and shape on floured board. Can freeze pie crust in tin pie pans until ready to use.
