PERFECT PIE CRUST EVERY TIME 
2 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. Crisco
1/2 c. water
2/3 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. sugar

In mixing bowl, sift flour, combine Crisco and mix until mixture resembles coarse meal. Into a glass measuring cup measure 1/2 cup water and add salt and sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Add water mixture to flour and mix until dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Makes 2 pie crusts.
