PICKLED BEETS 
1/4 c. canned beet juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. sliced, cooked beets

Combine first 6 ingredients. Heat to boiling. Add beets. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Chill. Excellent for pickling eggs.
