2 (15 oz.) cans sliced beets
1 can juice
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar

In medium saucepan, mix all of above. Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes until sugar is all dissolved. Serve warm or chilled.
