CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
4 chicken breasts, stewed and deboned
1 pkg. bread crumbs
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted

Place stuffing and 1/2 of the bread crumbs in 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Pour melted butter over this. Layer chicken. Pour 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth over chicken. Mix sour cream and soup together. Pour over chicken. Layer remainder of crumbs on top. Pour the remaining cup of broth on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
