STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 sm. or med. onion (brown with ground beef)
2 c. tomatoes (1 sm. can), undrained
3/4 c. minute rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cheese, grated (Cheddar or American)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 to 6 green peppers (parboil for 5 min.)

Brown ground beef. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to ground beef. Stuff peppers with this mixture.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
