CORN BREAD DRESSING 
6 c. corn bread crumbs
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
Sage to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 to 2 c. turkey broth

Cook corn bread. Lightly saute onion and celery. Add to crumbled corn bread. Add bread crumbs to mixture. Add sage, salt and pepper to taste. After adjusting seasonings, add eggs and turkey broth, blending lightly with a fork. Spoon mixture into a greased 3-quart baking pan or casserole. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
