STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
6 lg. or 8 med. green peppers
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water

Prepare peppers, cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and stems. Brown meat, remove from heat and drain. Add onion, celery, rice, milk, egg, salt, pepper and chili powder to browned hamburger. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Mix soup with water, put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add stuffed peppers, drizzle with soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered. 4 to 6 servings.
