BAKED SHRIMP WITH STUFFED
MUSHROOMS
 
3-4 doz. jumbo shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
Tony's seasoning to taste
garlic powder
1 stick butter
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 doz. large fresh mushrooms
6 oz. can crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
bread crumbs

Peel and clean shrimp; season. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Add sherry and lemon juice. Add seasoned shrimp to baking dish and bake at 375°F 10-15 minutes. Baste with butter mixture occasionally.

Wash and stem mushrooms. Make a stuffing using crabmeat, egg, breadcrumbs and season to taste. Stuff mushroom caps and top with bread crumbs. Add mushrooms to baking dish and return to oven for another 10-15 minutes basting often with butter mixture.
