SWISS FISH 
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. fish
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Paprika

Melt butter in pan. Put onions on bottom. Roll fish pieces in butter; add soup, lemon juice and cheese. Cover fish with mixture. Sprinkle sherry, bread crumbs and paprika over fish. Cook in microwave on high for 7-9 minutes or until it flakes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
