GOURMET HASH 
1 1/2 c. ground cooked beef (10-11 oz., raw)
1 c. finely diced, cooked potato
1/4 c. parsley or chives, chopped
2 tbsp. ground green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. butter

Mix together ingredients and turn into a greased, one quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
