CAKE FROSTING AND DECORATING 
2 c. Crisco
4 c. powdered sugar, divided
1 egg white (unbeaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat Crisco and 2 cups powdered sugar on low until creamy. Add egg white, salt and remaining powdered sugar. Mix until all is moistened. Small amounts can be colored for decorating. Keeps in airtight container for 1 week out of refrigerator.
