SUPER YUMMY MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) can 100% pure pumpkin (Libby's) 1 box cake mix (your choice) Preheat oven to hot (400°F). You can use cupcake papers or grease muffin pan. In a large bowl mix cake mix and pumpkin with a metal whisk or electric beater until well blended. Use an ice scream scoop to put the mixture into each cup (one scoop is good). Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Let cool until you can touch the pan. Variation: For mini-muffins pans, cut the baking time in half but not the temperature. Submitted by: Annie K. |
