SKILLET SUPPER 
8 hot dogs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 lb. can diagonal cut green beans, drained
2 c. diced cooked potatoes

Cut hotdogs in short thin strips, saute in butter in large skillet, remove. Stir flour and salt until remaining butter, gradually blend in milk, cook over low heat, stirring often until thick and smooth. Add meat, cheese, beans and potatoes, cover and cook over low heat, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
