CABBAGE LASAGNE 
6 oz. ground beef or turkey, browned
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
2 c. no-salt tomato juice
Dash of black pepper
Onion powder, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
1 sm. head cabbage (about 5 c.)
Can add onions, green peppers, or mushrooms as part of 5 c. if desired

Mix cottage cheese, egg, and spices; set aside. Spray a 9-inch square pan with Pam.

Place 1/2 of the cabbage in pan. Layer meat over the cabbage; evenly spread the cottage cheese mixture over the meat. Repeat for a second layer of cabbage, meat, and cheese. Pour tomato juice over the top of the lasagna.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
