JAM COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. strawberry jam
1/4 c. 10x sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese; beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, mix well. Roll out dough onto lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness cut into rounds with 2 inch cookie cutter. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jam on each cookie. Fold in opposite sides, slightly overlapping edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and sprinkle with 10x sugar. Yield: 2 dozen.
