JAM FILLED COOKIES 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
Marmalade or jam
Egg yolk
Melted butter

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Place dough in refrigerator 2-3 hours. Roll out half of dough until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut in 2x2 inch squares. Brush with melted butter and put a dash of jam in center of each square. Fold corners of each square to center and pinch them together. Brush with egg yolk. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
