CABBAGE & NOODLES 
1 head of cabbage
Egg free noodles
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. soy "bacon" bits
2 tsp. garlic powder
Grated cheese (opt.)
Sesame seeds

Cook noodles as directed on package. Steam or boil cabbage until tender. After draining noodles and cabbage, mix with remaining ingredients. Serves 4 adults.

NUTRITION NOTES: Cholesterol free when cheese is not added. To reduce fat, use less butter, to reduce sodium content, substitute sesame seeds for bacon bits. Meal provides a good source of protein, Vitamins A, C, B (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B3 (niacin).
