SALMON PATE 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. boiled water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. dill
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 c. cream

In blender, pour gelatin, onions, lemon juice, water, mayonnaise, pepper and cayenne pepper. Blend. Add paprika, nutmeg and dill. Blend. Add salmon and cream. Blend. Pour into mold (fish shaped looks nice) and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
