TACO DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. milk

Spread in pie pan. Put 1 medium jar hot (optional) chunky taco sauce on top and refrigerate. Before serving, add chopped green peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and sharp cheese.
