TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
8 oz. chunky mild salsa
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown and drain meat. Return to skillet. Add taco mix, refried beans, 1/2 jar salsa. Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 11 inch pan. Spread sour cream on top. Spread remaining salsa over that. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. As a main dish use tacos. Can also be used as a dip for chips.
