SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed, if desired

SAUCE:

2 green onions, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sherry
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small saucepan saute the garlic and onions in the 1/2 cup butter. Add mustard and blend. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and cook slowly for 5 minutes. Saute the shrimp in 1/2 oil and 1/2 butter until done (about 3 minutes). Transfer shrimp to a serving platter. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and serve. Serves 4.
