DONN'S ITALIAN SAUSAGE 
2 lb. Italian sausage, hot or mild
3 (14 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, cut up
2 med. zucchini, sliced 1/4" & quarter
Pinch of basil
1/2 tbsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. celery leaves
1 green pepper, 1/4" pieces
1/3 c. onion, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Place sausage in pot whole. Add water to cover and boil over medium heat for 1/2 hour or until done. Keep pot covered while cooking. Remove cover and let water boil away. When dry, remove sausage and cut into bite-size pieces. Return to pot and fry for 1 minute. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
