CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. thin sliced raw potato
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash of pepper and salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham; optional

Combine all these together in a buttered pan. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned. 6 servings.
