GOOFY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into ungreased pan (9"x13") or layer pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until done.

GOOFY ICING: Combine 5 tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Cream 1 cup Crisco and 1 cup sugar until light and creamy. Add flour mixture and beat at low speed until fully blended.
