SALMON NOODLES ROMANOFF 
8 oz. noodles
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash red pepper sauce or cayenne red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained or 2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Heat oven. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix all other ingredients with cooked noodles. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees. 5 or 6 individual casseroles - 20-25 minutes; 2 quart casserole - 40 minutes.
