PAPA JIM'S BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 (32 oz.) qt. Cattleman's barbecue sauce
2 med. onions, sliced and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 oz. honey

Liquify onions, celery, and green pepper in blender or food processor. Place 4 tablespoons of oil in 3 quart pot. Add liquified vegetables in oil and cook until water has cooked out. Add barbecue sauce and honey to mixture and cook until thick. Recipe can be easily doubled for larger crowds.
