ORANGE SALAD 
2 boxes tapioca pudding (Jello)
1 lg. box orange Jello
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drained)
3 c. water with juice from oranges
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Cook pudding, Jello and water until thick. Cool. Add softened cheese to this mixture. Whip until smooth. Add oranges and Cool Whip. Pour into square or oblong glass dish. Refrigerate.
