APRICOT SQUARES 
FILLING:

1 c. chopped dried apricots
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickens, stirring often. Cool.

CRUMBS:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. granola
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine dry ingredients. Add butter and mix well to form crumbs. Press 2/3 of crumb mixture into an 8-inch greased pan. Spread with filling. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool; cut into squares.
