FOR THE CROWD CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. onions, chopped 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. pimento, chopped 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. med. noodles, cooked 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs Brown meat and onion; cook until tender. Add next 8 ingredients; mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Makes 8 to 10 servings. |
