COLD TURKEY SALAD 
2 qt. cooked turkey breast, cut in chunks
1 (20 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
2 lb. seedless green grapes
2 c. toasted slivered almonds
3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, with juice

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup almonds and pineapple. Chill for several hours. When ready to serve, add pineapple and toss lightly. Serve in nests of Bibb lettuce. Garnish with remaining almonds. Serves 8.
