COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. raw broccoli florets
1 c. raw cauliflower florets
1 c. frozen peas
Cut green scallions, to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Pour boiling water over frozen peas and drain. Mix with broccoli, cauliflower, and scallions. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder together. Mix vegetables in sauce and refrigerate overnight.
