SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (18 oz.) jar pineapple apricot jam or 1 (8 oz.) jar pineapple and 1 (8 oz.) jar apricot
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian Wish Bone dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients well and pour over 2 cut up chickens. It is better if you skin chicken pieces so sauce is not too greasy when serving. Also, if you want to only bake one chicken, the other half of the sauce will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks. Bake in 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
