TURKEY AND VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 can tomatoes
1 lg. can V-8 juice

Brown turkey and onion, add tomatoes and V-8 juice. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add frozen vegetables and simmer 1 hour. Serves 6.
