BETH'S OATMEAL PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup corn oil
1/1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

Mix dry ingredients and spices. Stir in the oatmeal and set aside.

Beat the oil and sugar together at medium speed until mixed. Add the egg, milk and vanilla and beat together. Stir the pumpkin into the batter, then mix in the dry ingredients. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for one hour and 15 minutes.
