EASTER SUNDAY STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 oz. can drained pineapple
5 slices white bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole and add mixture. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

NOTE: It goes fast so you better make a double batch.
