LOW CAL PASTA SALAD 
6 oz. spaghetti
1 1/2 c. broccoli
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 carrots
1 sm. tomato

Cook spaghetti. Rinse in cold water. Mix together. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Each serving equals: 1 bread, 2 fats, 1 vegetable.
