ORANGE SHERBET CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. water

Bake layers and cool. Split with a thread.

FILLING:

16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. pkg. coconut
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Mix and put between layers. Save 1 cup and mix with 1 large container of Cool Whip and frost. Cover and store in refrigerator.
