ORANGE SHERBET CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix above and bake in 2 layers at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool layers and split them making 4 layers.

FILLING:

1/3 c. orange juice
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) frozen coconut

Mix well to dissolve sugar. Take out 1 cup of mixture. Put remaining filling between layers. Mix the 1 cup of filling with 1 large Cool Whip and ice cake.
