ORANGE SHERBET CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING & ICING:

16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar
12 oz. frozen coconut, thawed
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip (lg. carton)

Prepare cake mix following directions on box. Then add Jello, orange flavoring and vanilla. Bake in 3 pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Split layers. Mix sour cream, sugar, coconut, orange juice and vanilla by hand. Put this mixture between layers reserving 1 cup. Mix Cool Whip with reserved filling. Spread on top and sides of cake.
