CARROT COINS 
2 lbs. carrots, cut into rings
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook carrot rings 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and chill. Don't overcook carrots.
