CHICKEN ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen asparagus
1 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Skin chicken, boned and cut into cubes. Heat oil in fry pan. Add chicken. Sprinkle pepper and saute about 6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towel. Cook asparagus by package directions. Drain and place in bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

Place chicken on top of asparagus. Mix together chicken, soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder (dash). Pour over chicken and asparagus. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese last 5 minutes. Serves 4.
