8 pieces boneless, skinned chicken breast
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breast in uncovered 9"x13" baking dish, greased and bake 30 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan; add next 8 ingredients, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove chicken from oven, turn then baste with sauce. Cover with foil and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer. Use remaining sauce to pour over cooked rice. Delicious.
